Hardyproof / Features / Job tracking & progress photos
Every customer gets a page. Every job keeps its photos.
Most "where are we on this?" texts come from customers who can't see what's happening. A private page for each request answers that, and your own notes and photos keep the job's story in one place.
How it works
- The customer sends a request
They get their private page right away. It's saved on their phone and in every text you send.
- They see every step
Request received, your price or proposal, the appointment with add-to-calendar buttons, and done.
- Everything in one place
They accept the proposal, pay, and open invoices and receipts from the same page.
- You keep notes and photos
Add progress notes and photos from your phone as you work. They're private to your business.

- No login for customersA long, private link; nothing to download and no password to forget.
- English or SpanishCustomers switch the page to their language with one tap.
- Their photos on their pageThe photos a customer sent stay with the request, so everyone looks at the same thing.
- Your photos stay privateBefore, during and after photos for your records. Put any of them on a proposal's photo page.
- PrintableFor a customer without a smartphone, print their page and documents.
Photos and updates that save you trouble
- Take the before photo from the same spot you'll take the after. Side by side, they sell the next job.
- Add a note whenever something changes, like extra work or parts on order, so it's on record.
- Send the page link with your quote, so customers check it instead of texting you.
Questions
Can other people see the page?
Only someone with the private link. It's long and random, and search engines are told not to list it.
Do customers see my notes and photos?
No. Your notes and photos are private to your business, unless you put photos on a proposal.
What if they lose the link?
It's saved on their phone when they send the request, and it's in every text you send them.
