About Hardyproof

Built for one handyman first

Hi, I'm Allen Hardy, based in Lynchburg, VA. Hardyproof started when Mingo, a local handyman, asked me to help write up proposals for a few of his jobs. I noticed the rest of his work was scattered too, with requests coming in by text and call and good jobs slipping through the cracks. With my technical background, I knew a simple system could fix that, so I built one for him, and then for every handyman like him.

Hardyproof is for independent handymen and small crews who want to look professional without paying for complicated software.

My promises are simple:

• No app for your customers to download.
• You get paid your way.
• A real person answers when you reach out.
