Run your gutter cleaning business from one link

Gutter work is lots of short jobs, most of them in spring and fall. The paperwork shouldn't take longer than the time on the ladder.

Honest Gutter Cleaning's request form with gutter job types

How it works

  1. Customers request from your link

They pick gutter cleaning, downspouts or a check-up, describe the house and add photos of the roofline.

  2. Quote from the photos

Text a price for a typical house, or choose a site visit for big or commercial buildings.

  3. Send the proposal

Your scope of work, the price and your payment terms, with your logo. The customer accepts online.

  4. Schedule, weather permitting

Set the day and time. If it rains, change it and text the new time in one tap.

  5. Get paid on completion

Turn on the ways you take: Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, cash. A receipt is made for you.

Honest Gutter Cleaning, Warren, Michigan

Fady runs Honest Gutter Cleaning in Warren, Michigan. His proposals spell out exactly what a visit includes: removing leaves, debris and buildup from the gutters, clearing and checking every downspout, a light rinse and flow check, a visual inspection for gutter or bracket issues, and hauling the debris away or bagging it for the yard-waste bin. Payment is due when the job is done. We rebuilt one of his proposals in Hardyproof to show how it looks with his logo, his wording and a pay button.

What you get

  • Your logo and colorsYour request form, proposals, invoices and receipts look like your business.
  • A job list for gutter workCleaning, downspouts, check-ups: only the work you take on.
  • Before and after photosAdd them to the job as you work. They're private notes unless you put them in a proposal.
  • Repairs spotted on the jobFound a loose bracket or a leaking seam? Send a separate proposal with photos.
  • Reviews when it's doneEvery customer gets your Google review link and a private feedback box.

Gutter jobs that pay

  • Price by what changes the work: number of stories, length of gutter, roof pitch and access, and how clogged the downspouts are.
  • Take a before and after photo of each side of the house. It answers "did they get it all?" and makes good review material.
  • Quote repairs you find as a separate job instead of fixing them for free on the spot.
  • Write "weather permitting" on every schedule, and text the new time as soon as you move a job.
  • Most homes need cleaning at least once in spring and once after the leaves fall. Homes under big trees often need more. Remind last season's customers.
